The financial model for the school is to charge an estimated 10% of parent's monthly income, which amounts to R 270 (US$ 35) per child per month. At this price the school fees generate only about 80% of what it costs to operate the school, at a minimum!

But our dream is bigger than that. Our dream is operate Little Lambs as a first-class ECD facility with excellent and well-trained staff. Moreover, in accordance with our vision for the upliftment of children and staff,  we endeavor to pay our teachers and all our staff at fair and current salary levels. We would also like to pay pensions for our staff and eventually appoint a fulltime cleaner. However, with these costs parents' fees will only cover 50% of operating expenses, which is why Little Lambs depends on the generous support of its sponsors.
